Thank you to all the people that have taken the time to wish me get well soon love. I was touched by people's concern and care.
I'm on the mend.
I have spent the past few days contemplating food though. I've lost my appetite and it's only just beginning to come back. I've been keeping it simple and enjoying snacking on straight-forward salads. But now I want to get busy in the kitchen and eat some great meals.
Whilst on the mend it has been making me think about the christmas period and how we all have a tendancy to overindulge and then make loads of comitments to change in the new year. Well I've been thinking - wouldn't it be a great idea to start filling the body now with more amazing nutrients in the form of raw food. Start to flood the body with goodness so it will find it easier to remove all the excess stuffed in over christmas.
It's an issue to me at the moment as I realise I want to fill my body with good stuff at the to ensure its healing quickly. I need and want to eat lots.
With this is mind I've devised a teleseminar based around this subject - its called PRETOXING for christmas. That's the opposite to a detox, its not looking at what you can remove but rather what you can include. It' a teleseminar that will get you focused on the joys of christmas without having to worry about the overindulgence. Its going to be fun, with a few hints and tips and maybe a couple of challenges for you. Allowing you to enjoy a healthy christmas without feeling as you have to miss out. If you have any questions now is the time to start sending them in so I can cover them in the call.
So keep a note in your diary for Monday 16th December 9pm (UK time) where I will be discussing this exciting concept.
I will post more details over the weekend.
Looking forward to you joining me.
xx
PS Couldn't help but feel a bit christmassy and get my dressing up photos out! The photo is courtesy of the lovely people that run a treasure trove of fancy dress - Fanatasia. Don't you just love christmas.

Hi Claire, Love the photo! Teleseminar sounds great, is it Monday 15th December or Tuesday 16th December?
