I've just spent an amazing few days in London, shopping, eating, partying oh and a bit of business (there always has to be a reason for the fun parts!!).
I really love London, I suppose what makes it so fun to me is the pure contrast to my day to day living. I'm blessed with living in a beautiful part of the world - the North Yorkshire countryside nestled between the North Yorkshire Moors and Dales. See my photo, my house is somewhere in there.

As much as I love the countryside and the abundance of beautiful, fresh, clean air, the peace and tranquility, there are times in this gals life when she just has to get out to party!! To experience what city life offers as believe me it's soooooooo different. Much faster, frentic, busy. That's what I love. I love a life of contrasts.
What's also so exciting for me about London is, you can actually find places that serve raw food. My that's awesome. I trundled up to Camden not just to buy shoes (ahem it has been a while so I treated myself to 2 pairs - well a girl just has to have footwear) but to go and eat at Inspiral. I really love that place and the ambience. I had raw overload - wheatgrass shots, greengastic juice, raw nut burgers, salads, superfood truffles and of course a massive piece of TDF chocolate cake with raspberry sauce. MMMMMMMM YUM. Yep, I was super springy and bouncy after that lot.
Now to the most surreal part of my time in London. I've been talking alot about manifesting to my clients at the moment and setting them exercises, often with the intention of setting bold goals and moving forward in their lives. In doing so, I often forget the little ways manifestation takes place.
Let me explain.
I walked into a mod/scooter shop and was looking at a burgendy bomber jacket when my phone went off with a text from a friend I've not heard from in ages who happens to have that same jacket. Then my friend, I was with, wanted to catch the end of the rugby but I desperately wanted another wheatgrass shot, I was in Soho at this point and knew Plant Organic was nearby but where!! Consicious that I didn't want my friend to miss out on the Rugby, I thought it unfair of me to go on a wild wheatgrass trail. When lo and behold.... There was a WholeFoods right in front of me, one that I didn't even know was there, so I walked straight in ordered our double wheatgrass shots and still had time to catch the end of the Rugby. WOW!
As Rugby ain't my thing I read Time Out to see what we could do later that evening and there was my perfect night out (a Cramps tribute night - if you know me, you'll know I'm a huge huge huge fan of the Cramps and was mighty sad to hear of the lead singers death) and this night was only 4 stops away on the tube from the hotel. That is amazing for London. The night was fantastic BTW, I'll spare you the details.
As you can see they were awesome things to happen to me. What I would like you to do, is think about any strange coincidences in your life and ask yourself was it really a coincidence. The more you open up your awareness to the power of attraction, the more you can manifest the big stuff. Go to it....
